Groups
Ephrata Community Church offers groups to grow in various areas of your life, and on different topics. They are held every spring and fall semester.
For Men
Sexual Integrity 101 - For Men
We all desire sexual integrity, whether it’s for ourselves or others. But we struggle with knowing where to start. This 8-week video course is a great place to start!
Each 40–50 minute video session includes:
A deep dive into the factors that contribute to unwanted sexual behaviors
Interviews with experts in the field of sexual health
Testimonies of those transformed through a safe, grace-filled process
Practical tools and strategies that lead to lasting health
Small group leaders will be facilitating this video course for men, women, students, pastors, lay leaders, parents, and more. It’s for anyone who wants to find freedom from the effects of unwanted sexual behaviors or betrayal, or increase understanding of sexual addiction in order to support a loved one struggling. This course will show how shame and grace affect the healing process, give understanding of addiction and betrayal trauma, and get you started on the path to sexual health.
This class is a mix of watching a video, small group discussion, and going through a workbook, all facilitated by a capable leader!
Commitment: 8 weeks
Date: Mondays, September 15 - November 3
Time: 6:30-8:30pm
Location: Thrive Counseling Services conference room
Facilitators: Jed Redcay and Brady Stoner

Unraveled is a 36-week small group experience that will help you to understand the factors that have created painful and/or unhealthy relationship patterns, emotionally or sexually.
This group is for women who struggle with various sexual addictions and are ready to face their addiction. Through Unraveled, women develop strategic tools and self-care focus, learning how to live out healthy relationships.
Walking with other women on similar journeys with incredible material makes this group a powerful source of healing and freedom.

Betrayal & Beyond
The pain and trauma created through sexual betrayal is devastating. The life you thought you had is gone. And now, you are consumed with thoughts and feelings you’ve never experienced before—thoughts and feelings you can’t even describe. Being able to process your experiences in a safe, grace-filled community—and working at a pace that encourages self-discovery—will empower you to make strides in your healing and equip you to make informed decisions for your future. All of this, and so much more, from a biblically based and clinically informed approach to healing!
This group is limited to 4-6 women, and once started, is closed to new members. When you request to join, we may ask a few questions to make sure this group is an appropriate fit.
